Like all “live” products our beers can be affected by heat, light and oxygen. Our beers are non pasturized, they do not contain any added conservatives or chemicals of any sort.
Here are a few tips to store them properly and enjoy them best:
bottles should be kept away from light, in a cool (not higher than 18° C) and dry place.
Once you open a bottle you should use it all to avoid oxidation and consequent spoiling of the aromas and taste.
Best served at a temperature between 10° and 13° C.
